Shipping
Most items ship within 1-3 business days of placing order. Please allow 5 business days for your order to arrive once it has shipped. If you are paying by check or money order your order will be shipped once the payment has cleared (usually 5-7 days). Some items ship from the manufacturer. Tracking numbers are usually available. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are not refundable. Any item that states 'free shipping' refers to shipping within the contiguous United States. Some items may be returned to OTTO store location for exchange as noted. Occasionally an item may be out of stock and we will notify you by phone or email in such instances. We usually use FedEx Ground and USPS for shipping, whichever is best. In an effort to make a small contribution toward a cleaner and "greener" tomorrow, we use recycled packing materials and containers as much as possible.
Our shipping charges are based on the total of your order as follows:

"Come And Get It!" Shipping that's always FREE!? When you pickup your online order here at the store it is! We assemble your order and pack it up like you shopped right here at our store then email you when it's ready for pick-up. Enjoy the convenience of shopping from your computer and avoid the long lines at OTTO. You'll get all the benefits of friendly chatter with our staff when you pick up your order on the way to or from work, or on your lunch break. Just be sure to select "Come And Get It" for your shipping choice.
Returns
Returns at eOTTO, as at OTTO, are for exchange only within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in original, unused condition with packaging and tags. If returning a cd, cd must be unopened. If returning clothing, it must be unwashed and unworn. EXCEPTION: all sales are final on sale items.
Privacy
We do not share any information we collect from you with anyone else. We use it only to get your purchases to you and, if you request it, to send you emails postcards or other notifications about OTTO news.
Sale Items
Sale items are limited to items in stock, do not include special orders or future stock, and are in the timeframe specified.
Coupons
Coupons issued by eOTTO can only be redeemed on eOTTO and are not valid at OTTO store unless specifically stated on the coupon otherwise. Discounts on coupons don't apply to sale items.
